What a great addition for Charlevoix! The Reel Deal food truck has the BEST fish & chips I’ve had. The walleye are exceptional! The Grill Chasers food truck was also a great taste sensation. So while the good beer selection might get you there, the food will bring you back!
My family eats here all the time and we haven't had a bad experience yet. Most of the time we enjoy the weather and the beautiful view but sometimes we take it to go also. We especially love that we can take our dog Freya to sit at the outdoor tables or the tables just inside the door of the building (not the inside bar).
It was a perfect place for the rehearsal dinner we had for our son and his wife. Easy to work with, accommodating to our requests. Our guests loved the options of different food trucks for dinner and all got rave reviews. It was a nice relaxed environment before their bug day. It would not have been so wonderful without Spencer who answered all of our questions, made our guests feel welcome and made everything so easy.

Charlevoix's newest and best beer spot! The food is from a variety of food trucks available that you can grab and come in and sip a brew. Great selection of beer. I had the sliders which were amazing! Do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't be disappointed!
Absolutely love Island Grillers! We always have the best dinner and bread pudding from there. They also have a place called fresh coast sliders inside, where they have amazing sliders and a bar. They have corn hole for all ages, and you can bring your pup. If you still haven't found what you love They have two other food trucks to pick from. Also, best dinner with a view of Lake Charlevoix!
My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at The Back Lot and could not have had a better experience! We had our own private room with a bartender (Melissa) and she was fantastic! We were able to also enjoy the chill atmosphere on the patio with all of the food trucks. Our guests loved the choices of food at each truck and enjoyed the ice cream upstairs, too! We had an absolute blast. We highly recommend The Back Lot to anyone wanting an amazing dining and/or drinking experience in the Charlevoix area!
